Training

The Acting Coach with Cindy Hogan (Jacksonville, Atlanta, Charleston, & Savannah) • Website: www.the-actingcoach.com

Cindy Hogan's ongoing experience in the real world of film and television acting gives her an insight into the industry that is invaluable to her students. The purpose of her work is to lead actors into discovering their own persona and to live entirely in the moment. Her approach to each of these may be completely different for each individual she teaches. Cindy deals with the actor's work through the eyes of a director and believes that acting in all mediums comes from the same place.

The Actor's School with Mark Mullen (Orlando) • Website: www.theactorsschool.net

Following six years as Programming Director of the Florida Film Festival, Mark Mullen left the exhibition side of the film industry to work behind the camera. He landed a position with Mel Johnson & Associates casting extras for projects ranging from the NBC series SeaQuest to features likes John Singleton's Rosewood and The Hughes Brothers' Dead Presidents. In 1999 the overnight success of Kimberly Mullen Casting turned Mark's promise to help out into what quickly became a full-time role as the company's second Casting Director. Mark is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with BA's in English Literature and Advertising and minors in Film Studies and Art History.

In addition to over 1,000 commercials, principal casting credits (shared with partner Kimberly) include Monster with Charlize Theron, The Publisher with John Travolta, The Hawk is Dying (Paul Giamtti's follow up to Sideways), and Out of Time with Denzel Washington.

Mark is a member of the Casting Society of America.
